National Account Controller - Tesco - South East - Andover - Hampshire

You'll be leading and strategically directing the JBP to maximise the full potential of Twinings Ovo products in Tesco stores. It's about creating and delivering robust strategic plans, forging close and mutually effective relationships with key account decision-makers, gaining their buy-in and driving long-term, sustainable growth. You'll also focus on the performance of your team - mentoring and coaching them to achieve outstanding results. A proven track record on a high profile, national FMCG account will ensure you have what it takes to handle such a heavyweight role. That means outstanding relationship building, leadership, negotiation and influencing skills, as well as strong financial acumen. This'll be matched with a tenacious and highly motivated approach and plenty of ambition. Previous or current Tesco account management is a must for this role.
