As a Sales Development Manager you will be tasked with raising the profile of the Care Homes across the region and increasing occupancy. This will involve driving local authority relationships but also networking amongst businesses and leisure establishments to maximise the exposure. You will build relationships with the Care Home owners and Area Managers to improve their conversion rates.
You will have experience of coaching and mentoring others to reach a dual goal
- sales and results orientated
- a healthcare background, either working within or selling in to healthcare/public sector/local authority will be greatly preferred.

Up to £50,000 Basic Salary + Car Allowance and up to 50% Bonus
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
