For our Data Verification team in
Manchester we are looking for aCustomer Verification Agent
This is a part time role (25 hours a week).
Your Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate customer data through the outbound verification of new and existing customers’ information
•Effectively indicate duplication of customer accounts and contact data
•Accurately input customer data into the SAP system
• Promote Hilti during verification activities and contact Account Managers with any promising sales leads
Your Profile
Excellent telephone manner and experience with dealing with customers on the phone Ability to communicate well with people at all levelsWorking knowledge of: SAP/R3, SAP BI, MS Excel, MS Access Effective at time management and high attention to detailWe look forward to receiving your application.
