This role will:
Report to the Head of Sales
Be a heavily man-management focused role with continuous coaching, and mentoring your well established team
Involve 2 days a week at HQ, and 3 days on the road - accompanying sales reps and account visiting
As this is a man-management role, you should have experience and success in a man-management role ideally within the Foodservice Industry, although other industries will be considered.
You should have high levels of IT literacy, be driven, organised and tenacious.
You should also be living within commutable distance to Buckinghamshire.
