As a B2B/Field Sales Executive you are expected to work within a defined geographical territory to monthly sales targets which include developing sales opportunities within Neopost's existing accounts as well as developing new business sales opportunities.

Overall Purpose of the Job:
To manage existing accounts, cross sell, displace competition and find new business within a specific geographical area.
Key areas of the role:
- To achieve all predetermined sales targets
- To promote and sell a range of company products profitably
- To manage pre determined geographical area
- To achieve a good knowledge of Neopost and the industry in whole
- To be able to manage a pipeline/ prospects and be able to forecast accurately on weekly/ monthly basis
- To be able to communicate on all business organisation levels
- To have excellent planning and organisation skills
- To have excellent levels of negotiating and sales closing skills
- To be able to identify opportunities in new business competition and management of existing accounts
Role Dimensions
- 4 days in the field
- Minimum of 4 pre booked appointments per day spent in the field
- 1 day each week in the office, making appointments, team building and training
- To achieve monthly sales targets by closing 1 in 4 sales deals
- Generating leads for the Document Systems specialists for cross selling opportunities
- To canvass and target/source new business opportunities
- around pre booked appointments
Package:
£18-£21,000 Basic with achievable OTE of £43-56,000 + Car + Laptop + Mobile + Pension + Petrol Card + More
