We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for one of the largest Independent Bridalwear retailers in the UK.
With over 35 stores across the UK and expert Stylists in every store, this retailer are famous for providing the highest standard of customer service and expert advise based on many years of experience gained in helping 100s of brides find their perfect dress, for their perfect day.
We are looking for a person with significant experience in a high value, retail environment. Within the fashion industry would be an advantage, along with the ability to demonstrate a track record in store management and the meeting and exceeding of targets within a retail customer focused environment.
As Sales Manager, your duties and responsibilities would include:-
Managing the day-to-day Operations of a Boutique
Managing a small team of Sales Consultants:-
Driving your team forward to exceed retail sales targets.
Delivering exceptional and highly professional customer service
Training and development of new team members
This role is based on working a 5 day shift including Saturdays, with full product training provided. Package includes a competitive salary with commission and benefits appropriate to the role.
