- You will coach the Care Home Managers and Area Managers in sales effectiveness.
- Development and implementation of the sales process, metrics and KPIs.
You will reporting on sales effectiveness and conversion rates.
- In conjunction with the Marketing function, you will support the Home Managers with lead generation.
- You establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Recognised and demonstrable success in sales effectiveness
- Healthcare interest or direct experience in the Healthcare sector is essential
- Highly motivated and committed with excellent communication
- Numerate and detail orientated, with excellent analytical skills
- Exceptional commercial awareness and acumen
- Autonomous and independent and able to follow tasks through to a conclusion without supervision
- Coaching and advisory skills
