They provide a valuable service of secure document destruction to any business that produces hard copy data which is deemed to contain sensitive information. Their service is very relevant in today’s business world as their main points of appeal cover; environmental / recycling policies, data protection / information security and cost saving issues
Role
This is a field based sales role selling on-site document destruction services as a contract led sale. It is a new business role covering the North West and Lancashire therefore sales professionals living in the following locations would be of interest;
- Preston, Blackpool, Lancaster, Blackburn.
You will work to structured KPI targets selling into a wide variety of customers in the SME channel. You will form part of a regional team working from a regional office.
It is a fast paced and demanding activity based sales role with excellent financial rewards.

My client is looking for the following skills and attributes;
- Structured field sales experience
- Strong outbound telesales skills – not scripted inbound calls !
- Experience of intangible / service sales
- Good diary management
- Evidence of working in a new business environment
- Extremely high levels of tenacity, resilience and self motivation to succeed
Sectors that would be a good fit would be; office equipment, photocopiers, advertising, hygiene services (pest control, washroom, workwear, etc), security services (manned guarding, electronic, fire), insurance (not retail), utilities, B2B retail services (cash machines etc), commission only sales, facilities management services.
