This is an outbound, sales driven role sitting within the Commercial department of Hotel Chocolat. The business to business sales channel is responsible for generating high value sales through proactive business development & key account management, whilst ensuring maximum business efficiency & profit.
Objectives
- To exceed personal sales targets, through proactive business development and customer relationship management to enable the corporate sales channel achieve their part of the Hotel Chocolat Commercial strategy.
Responsibilities
-Proactive business development
-Build & maintain long term relationships with existing accounts
-Identify & target major accounts and implement individual account plans
-Keep Corporate CRM system up to date to reflect all customer communication
-Manage the full sales cycle & from prospecting through to customer product delivery & the after sales service
Competencies
-Significant sales experience in a B2B environment
-Proven sales growth within individual sales area
-Track record of key account development
-Experienced in successfully approaching C-Level & Board level decision makers
-Excellent account management skills
-Adept at managing multiple accounts within a complex, fast-paced & demanding environment
-Excellent commercial acumen and knowledge of the importance of this in the sales process
-Professional business manner & outstanding customer service through all communication channels
-Resourceful & resilient under pressure
-Well structured & organised
