Award winning online HR information provider is looking to recruit a Telesales Team Leader, part of FTSE 100 Media Company

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Supports the Telesales Manager in ensuring that the sales proposition is clearly defined and understood
- Leading a team of 5 telephone based Salespeople, ensuring that you achieve individual and team target
- Sets clear expectations
- Run effective sales coaching sessions
- Conduct regular developmental meetings with each team member
- Assist with recruitment & the successful induction of new team members
- Create a winning team environment
- Run effective team meetings
- Effective planning, organisation & reporting

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

- People orientated, excellent listening and communication skills.
- Proven sales experience
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Organisational & planning skills
- Able to inspire trust and confidence
- Demonstrable understanding of the sales proposition and process
- Able to compile clear, concise reports and sales forecasts.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Strong track record of success in a B2B telesales role
- Strong IT skills, able to pick up systems quickly and CRM knowledge
- Knowledge/experience of monitoring KPI’s
