With a history of innovation, a reputation for product excellent, and plans for sustained growth in 2012 and beyond they are looking to recruit an accomplished medical sales professional to manage the West Midlands region.

JOB TITLE: Sales Account Manager
SELLING: Endoscopy and surgical systems
SELLING TO: Theatre managers, consultants, specialist nursing personnel, procurement and financial hubs.
TERRITORY: West Midlands
LOCATION: West Midlands
PACKAGE: £38k basic, uncapped bonus in addition, full corporate package

COMPANY INFORMATIONSALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

-Industry leader in the surgical and endoscopy market place

YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWINGSALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

-At least 3 years medical sales experience
-Understanding of the tender process
-Assertive, confident, and forthright character
-Strong relationship building skills with the ability to close business when the opportunity to presents itself
-Capital sales experience would be an advantage


ROLE INFORMATIONSALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

-Managing the West Midlands with key centres being located in Worcester, Staffordshire, and Warwickshire
-Selling into theatre based consultants and nurses. It will be essential to win over key contacts within commercial and finance directorates as well
-Selling across the company's portfolio (capital and consumables) of endoscopy and surgical solutions
-Key to success will be the ability to develop strong relationships within existing accounts, develop and protect these. The successful applicants new business skills will also be tested in developing and closing new business opportunities
