An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a multinational lift company within the northern service business unit for a dedicated business development manager to concentrate on big-ticket portfolio growth across the region Part of a hugely successful group of lift manufacturers, this role offers a long term career opportunity and scope for progression.
You will be selling the companies service of repairs. Modernisation and service packages for all types of lift manufacturers and therefore there will be no shortage of opportunities to gain sales.
This role will be solely focused on the development of new business with a particular emphasis on developing relationships within the property/estate management, facilities, retail and financial sectors. In addition, the position will also focus on building a broad range of consultant partnerships.
The ideal candidate will either sold a service contract into end user clients and facilities management companies or be at least A level educated and have 2-3 years field sales experience and be ready to make a long term career move.
In-particular, the right candidate will demonstrate:

•A demonstrable track record of new customer wins
•A proven ability to independently source new opportunities

Whilst base location is not particularly important, as this role will be focused across the region as a whole there will be significant travel involved. The position also represents a significant opportunity to work in a high profile environment, across one of the largest business contributors in the company.
