Our client is one of the UK's leading Business Sales specialists and advisors to individuals, directors and companies who are looking to either sell or acquire a business and they are recruiting for a Telesales Executive to be based in the Head Office in Bolton.
After a very successful 2011, they are looking to grow the company and expand. This has created a number of opportunities for Telesales Executives within their Team.
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
* Generate leads and businesses for sale within a specific region, using a wide range of resources
* Create good working relationships with other company departments
DELIVERABLES:
* Overall department success based on fee income, instruction levels and quality
* Quality number of leads created and distributed to the Sales force
* Success of specific marketing campaigns

EXPERIENCE:
* Telephone Sales, Direct Sales or B2B Sales experience
* Background from a target driven environment
* No relevant trade experience required as full training will be provided
* Keyboard/ IT skills an advantage
TRAINING / SUPPORT:
* Full training programme on all aspects of business transfer
* Ongoing training, support and development
This company specialise in handling company sales involving turnovers ranging from £200,000 to £20million. Operating nationally from their Head Office in Greater Manchester, they have developed a reputation for being pro-active, innovative and forward thinking, providing an all encompassing service to both buyers and sellers. In recent years, they have invested heavily in both their staff and technology to ensure clients receive an industry leading service and the highest levels of confidentiality, expertise and marketing exposure.
For the roles of Telesales Executive, the salary on offer is £14K – £18K basic, depending on skills and experience, with commission earnings providing potential to achieve between £18,000 – £25,000 p.a., depending on what basic salary you commence with. This will be discussed in more detail at the interview stage.
