Job Description:
Working predominantly on multiple groups or large independent accounts, the Key Account Manager- On Trade will focus on driving new business opportunities for our client. Working predominantly in South West Region, you will go up against a range of competitive organisations and brands, all of whom are keen to drive distribution and profit in the On-Trade sector. You will liaise with buyers and bar managers - either centrally or in each outlet, depending on the account - and work with one of the strongest portfolios of beer in the UK market in order to maximise sales opportunities through pricing, promotion, training and support.
The successful applicant for this Key Account Manager- On Trade role will:
- have a strong and proven track record in the sales arena
- have current working knowledge of the FMCG environment - ideally in the On-Trade
- Will have a blue chip background in sales
- be commercially astute - able to identify and exploit new business opportunities in a commercially viable manner
- be able to develop and drive both new and existing relationships to the financial benefit of both company and client
- display a successful record in `opening doors` in a highly competitive environment
- be highly numerate
- be a strong team player, but also able to work and make important decisions autonom

Circa £35,000-£40,000 basic salary (depending on candidate) plus excellent bonus potential and benefits package
