Territory Manager – Vascular, DVT
£40k Basic + Bonus and Benefits

The role
An exciting new opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager role has been released to focus on one of their class leading products that prevents DVT. This is a capital and consumable sell that requires excellent relationship building skills in the operating room, on the wards and in the procurement departments.
As follows
- Identify market opportunities within the NHS and private healthcare sector, compiling a sales plan detailing target accounts, and revenue generation opportunities in line with the national plan.
- Reviews, provides recommendations, and assists development of sales & marketing tools, customer education programmes, clinical & technical support and tender/contract management tools to support the growth of the product line.
- Works with Business Development Manager to capture synergies across existing sales and marketing plans, and to develop new initiatives.
- Works alongside Business Development manager to develop and maintain high level KOL relationships across all relevant professional bodies and associations. Keeps abreast of changing market demands and environment.
- Develops new and existing customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups, promoting the company name & represents the company in a professional manner at all times. Manages and fully supports all customer product trials, ensuring sales message is delivered, and on-site training of all customers is completed
The Person
·Good knowledge of the NHS and Private Hospitals
·Previous sales experience working within the Vascular field
·Experienced and skilled sales person, with up to date specialist knowledge of dynamic DVT prophylaxis markets and experience of delivering value adding solutions to customers.
·Fluent and articulate communicator; able to build effective relationships at all levels; good negotiator
·Attention to detail, honours commitments
·Effective time manager
·Ability to work independently and adheres to company rules
·Good knowledge of the medical sector and especially Vascular markets.
