Our client, a UK global leader in online display advertising and affiliate marketing is looking to recruit an Account Director to join their vibrant London team. As Account Director, you will manage a portfolio of advertiser clients as well as managing a small team. You will have strong communication, organisational and management skills, being part of a team that sets industry standards for network quality, whilst providing the most sophisticated reporting tools. You will be target driven, successfully achieving goals and business orientated. You will develop new and existing advertiser accounts including market leading brands. As a self motivator and confident individual you will generate strong realtionships effectively and support the sales team. With effciency you will ensure consistent high standard of work, with the ability to problem solve and multi-task. With initiative to take on new challenges with enthusiasm and the drive to succeed will enable you to undertake responsibilties well. Key Responsibilities of the Account Director include: . Generating new business through maintaining excellent customer relationship management . Ensuring sales targets are meet accordingly . Proactively developing new ideas and solutions to increase business revenue . Regularly liaising with key contacts and clients in order to generate repeat business . Demonstrating the ability to implement a sales strategy and plan . Demonstrating a strong attention to detail when it comes to account managing all of your clients Qualities we're looking for in the Account Director include: . Previous experience in online and performance driven environment (preferably in a similar role) . Previous experience with developing and driving new business . A demonstrable sales track record within new business generation . A good knowledge of the market and industry . Managing a team . Ability to prioritise work load and deal well underpressure and with deadlines . A self-motivated individual who is well organised and client focussed . A solid ability to work at all levels . Excellent negotiation, presentation and organisational skills . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal . Problem solving ability, multi-tasking and the drive to learn is essential . Solid knowledge of technologies/software programmes such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word . A self-motivated individual who is well organised .
