Our client, a leading search and marketing solutions company, is looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their London team. This is a great opportunity for the ideal candidate to join a leading, innovative technology business which is aiming to IPO within the next few years. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for forging relationships at all levels within agency clients by promoting the company's search solutions and products. As this company comprises experts in search, you need to have a sound understanding of search and be an expert in this field yourself. Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager include: . Developing and sustaining knowledge of the company's offerings and associated technologies . Uncovering and nurturing opportunities for growth and revenue maximisation . Updating and training clients on all new product features, via the web and face-to-face . Project managing and measuring successful on-boarding of new agency and advertiser clients . Proactively initiating, scoping and executing technical projects while managing stakeholder expectations Qualities we're looking for in the Account Manager: . Previous significant Paid Search experience . Previous agency and / or technology experience . Effective time management under pressure . The ability to successfully interact with both non technical customers and technical teams at customer organisations . Previous experience of training small to medium teams . Strong written and verbal communication . Experience with a project management methodology is preferred . Fluency in a second European language would be desirable You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this position
