Our client, a leading supplier of reservation and management systems for restaurants, is looking to recruit a Field Operations Specialist to join their team. The Field Operations Specialist will assume the responsibility for performing both the technical and training related aspects of the product implementation process and continued support for all of the company's products. This role will involve a significant amount of European travel. Key Responsibilities include: . Providing feedback to Product Management for product enhancements . Conducting in-house training seminars for restaurant customers . Troubleshooting with restaurant sites to solve any system or connectivity problems . Providing initial and follow-up training and technical consulting to company system users . Performing all services for system installation Person Specification . Experience training non-technical customers on the use of software . Significant technical experience with Internet, computers / printers servicing and troubleshooting . Knowledge of Windows NT, 2002, XP, NT networks, TCP / IP and DSL . Excellent organizational and planning skills . Strong writing, presentation and communication skills . Demonstrated customer service skills . Restaurant / hospitality experience is a plus . Bilingual English and either German, French or Spanish desired You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this position
