Our client, a leading global digital advertising technology provider is currently looking for a Head of Account Management to join their prestigious team based in London. As Head of Account Management your role will entail leading a team responsible for strengthening our clients reputation of exceptional service delivery through media account management and creative support expertise. You will be confident and hands on driving the business forward and problem solving. With excellent communication skill you will establish strong contacs and relationships developing the business and lisaisng with the campaign execution team and the technical support team. The key responsibilities we are looking for in the Head of Account Management include: . To provide strong leadership and commercial direction for Media Account Managers, Creative Support and any outsourced teams. . Lead and contribute to updating best practices and promote accuracy amongst the teams. . Feedback any product requirements/gaps to product team. . Establish oneself as one of our clients account management experts. . Liaise closely and proactively with the UK Sales team to ensure campaigns are executed promptly and efficiently, strong agency relationships are maintained and revenue opportunities are maximised. . Represent the Media Account Management and Creative Support teams at client facing meetings as our client 's 'Go to person' on VIP/senior level account management issues . . Respond proactively and expertly to client issues. . Provide a hands-on approach to campaign problem solving. . Provide hands-on direction to external outsourcing companies or contractors. . Close liaison with the Campaign Execution team and Technical Support Team . Support the wider London team and global Management initiatives with enthusiasm and energy. . Respond to all client requests in a professional and timely manner. The key qualities we are looking for in the Head of Account Management include: . Previous team leadership experience in an ad technology agency/publisher ad ops environment focusing on account management/client service . Strong understanding of the sales process with proven experience of uncovering and comprehending the needs of customers and establishing value . Strong sales experience either at senior or executive level and manager level . Experience with our clients product range or other Ad Server, such as DoubleClick DART for Advertisers and/or Atlas DMT is desirable. . Ability to investigate, document and assist in the resolution of technical issues - in-house with client service teams and on-site with publishers and/or clients is also desirable Relationship management and development experience . Strong people skills and a proven ability to build and lead high performing teams . A commercial /sales oriented approach to account management. . Ability to build strong client relationships. . Must possess a passion for problem solving, an eye for detail, patience and the ability to multitask. . Fluent oral and written English essential. . Energy and enthusiasm to support the wider UK Team and carry out global management initiatives .
