Mumbai Sales Executive

Our client, a world class media organisation in the financial industry is looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their team based in Mumbai, India. As Sales Executive, you will be self -motivated, determined and an assertive individual. You will have the confidence and determination to manage a small team, creatively inputting ideas and overcoming challenges that will generate leads and results successfully. You will provide solutions and develop strong working relationships within various levels, selling to advertising agencies processing and reporting advertising campaigns and inventory with knowledge of an ad delivery system. You will have excellent communication skills selling to clients new and existing simultaneously on the telephone and face -to- face with the ability to present and negotiate. You will be technically aware with a thorough understanding of website and email creative options and requirements and knowledgeable about the internet media sales industry as well as demonstrable experience of selling by cpm/cpc and cpa. You will be target driven and revenue orientated. Developing and servicing current clients in order to maximise revenue . Managing and building new business across the company . The ability to sell creatively than 'hard sell' techniques . Selling to advertising agencies . Achieving sales targets . Understanding of data and positioning of offers to maximise revenue opportunities . Selling to clients face-to-face and via telephone . Closely liaising with clients and colleagues on a regular basis . Offering the highest level of care to clients in order to build long term revenues The key qualities of the Sales Executive will include: . Previous sales experience in selling standard website and email creative (pops and rich media) . A thorough understanding of internet media sales is essential . Demonstrable knowledge of selling by CPM/CPC and CPA . Knowledge of the financial services industry and provate investment or stock trading . Developing a small team . Experience processing and reporting of advertising campaigns and inventory . Experience of dealing with major advertising agencies and clients at a senior level . Existing network of advertiser or agency contacts . A demonstrable sales track record within new business . A proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently . Working knowledge of CRM and ad delivery system . Regional language spoken fluently . Managing a small team . Strong presentation and negotiation skills . Excellent communication both verbal and written skills . Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook . A confident telephone and face-to-face manner . A self-motivated individual who is well organised and client focussed . A key team player who is able to work in a team as well as individually .
