Our client, a leading UK media owner, is looking to recruit a New Business Manager to join their team based in London. As New Business Manager you will be a confident and enthusiastic individual, selling across all portfolios of print and online advertising solutions to new clients in the commercial property market establishing solid relationships with customers and obtaining strong negotiation abilities. You will be highly motivated and proactive generating relationships, nurturing and growing revenue from an existing client base identifying and presenting the most effective solutions to meet customer needs. With an assertive and driven attitude you will demonstrate excellent telephone sales skills and face-to-face client meetings. You will have previous experience within B2B, media sales and online with knowledge of the market. Selling online solutions across a portfolio of print and online advertising . Developing good working relationships with key customers, establishing their online needs . Providing appropriate solutions whilst maximising revenue . Acting as a central point of contact for key customers for all online recruitment information and bookings . Driving e-growth and maximising sales in print and online . Gaining and maintaining a full understanding of online recruitment, competitive sites and market conditions . Creating innovative ways in which to build business from individual accounts Qualities we're looking for in the New Business Manager include: . Previous experience within B2B, advertising/media sales and online with an understanding of sales propositions . A proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently . A thorough understanding of online media solutions and market . Excellent client-facing and telephone sales skills . Strong interpersonal, organisation and presentation skills . Excellent communication skills both written and verbal .
