Sales Director - International
£60,000 + Comm
Our client, a global digital Advertising network, is looking to recruit a Sales Director to join their vibrant team based in London. You will be a pro-active individual responsible for selling our clients products to digital advertising agencies. You will be target driven maximising the revenue of our client's product managing sales pipeline, including forecasting and monitoring of delivery identify and close new business opportunities and hitting targets. With confidence and passion you will be involved in pitches and negotiate business deals with the desire to succeed and achieve goals. You will be strategically lead and motivated all levels internally and externally. You will have excellent communication both telephone and face to face sales skills, liaising with the sales director in Tel Aviv and also work with head quarters based in Tel Aviv to develop products and services offering sales into US advertising market. You will have previous media and online experience with in-debt knowledge of the UK media landscape and wider media market and working within a multi-national organisation. Organising sales meetings, exhibitions, networking and business presentations . Key account management of clients, maintaining an after sales relationship with all clients . Conducting detailed preparation and research into the sales calls you make and the potential customer you are targeting . Maintaining a strong knowledge of the industry in which you work and any factors that may affect your business . Preparing, compiling and processing spreadsheets to report and communicate with your team . Producing a personal development plan to assist your progression within this role The Key qualities we are looking for in the Sales Manager include: . Previous media and online experience with in-debt knowledge of the UK media landscape and wider media market . Experience working within a multi-national organisation . Previous experience with developing and driving new business . Track record of agency and client relationships and experience selling to digital agencies . Excellent telephone and face-to-face skills . Solid knowledge of the online sales market as well as internet technologies/software programmes such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word . Strong confidence to sell and present at all levels . Ability to communicate at senior levels . Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is essential . Ability to work individually as well as part of a team . A self-motivated individual who is well organised and client focused . A good team player with a strong work ethic
