Our client, a leading global Premuim advertising network is looking to recruit a Sales Director fluent in German for the German market located in Germany. As Sales Director you will be driven and target orientated ensuring revenue growth on a monthly basis, surpassing expectations across portfolios and the management team. You will be strategic mindset delivering top sales abilities/techniques and developing strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for dealing with an existing client base, as well as generating new business from a targeted list of prospective companies. You will have strong communication skills with a confident and proactive manner as well as excellent organizational skills. As an enthusiastic, and determined individual you will perform to the highest level ensuring all tasks are met with a meticulous style. You will have previous experience in online media sales and sponsorship with knowledge of the German market both agencies and clients. Gaining and retaining new business . Selling to leading media agencies and clients direct . Reporting on sales performance . Understanding market conditions and competitive forces . Attending weekly meetings and presentations with agencies to discuss clients online schedules . Monitoring and chasing weekly leads . Manage campaigns and ensure targets are met effectively Qualities we are looking for in the Sales Director include: . Previous experience within online and sponsorship . Fluent German . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Excellent organisation and negotiation skills . Strong presentation skills . A self-motivated individual who is well organised and client focused . Solid knowledge of technologies/software programs such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word .
