As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling print, online, events and awards across the financial sector in the UK and European market. You will be highly organised and assertive, ensuring the highest level of customer service provided to clients. A second European language would be advantageous but not essential and there would be some potential travelling involved. This role would also be ideal for a 2nd jobber and a financial media sales background would be advantageous (but not essential). Winning new business and developing new client areas. . Establishing long term client relationships. . Work closely with network of international sales agents. . To sell against agreed targets. . To work closely with other departments . To provide excellent customer service & after sales care. . Selling internationally and capable of selling to mixed cultures. . Sales administration including maintenance of the sales database. . Some international sales travel may be necessary. Qualities we're looking for in the Sales Executive include: . Previous financial media sales experience would be an advantage (but not essential) . A proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently . Knowledge of the financial market advantageous (but not essential) . Excellent client-facing and telephone sales skills . A second European language advantageous but not essential . Strong communication skills, both written and verbal . Good time management skills . A self-motivated individual who is well organised and client focused . Confident selling on all levels .
