Sales Manager - CRM
to £32,000 + comm + car allowance
Our client, a leading global business media company, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their team. This is very possibly a first management role for an ambitious Senior Sales Executive. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, supervising, co-ordinating and motivating the sales operation for the customer service programme to ensure that revenue forecasts are achieved and exceeded where possible. Other responsibilities of the Sales Manager include sales generation for the customer service programme, member account management and new business and product development. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: . Strong account and sales management experience . Ideally a classically trained (DIPADA, AIDA) media sales person . Event sales experience is ideal . Ability to "hard sell" as well as perform a more "consultative" sell . Ability to identify commercial opportunities and new potential revenue streams . Strong planning, organisation and time management skills . Strong interpersonal and communication skills . Ability to immerse self in chosen market sector, absorb an industry and apply knowledge strategically and tactically . Experience of IT / Comms sector is advantageous .
