£35,000 - £39,000 + Bonus
Our client, an international B2B media network, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their vibrant team based in London. You will pro-actively be selling advertising, cross- media and pure digital solutions for our clients within their EMEA portfolio to advertising agencies and clients. With strong communication skills you will develop excellent rapport with agency contacts and clients on all levles. With confidence and passion you will be involved with face-to-face pitching and negotiations and have proven management abilities. Your strategic and efficient attitude will enable you to manage complex situations effectively. You will be target driven, expanding sales with existing client base and driving the business forward with meeting department targets. With enthusiasm and intitiative you will liase with the international contacts, providing relevant information including advertising rates, technical and deadline details as well as research data and comprejensive cross-media proposals. You will have B2B media sales and online experience with an understanding of the international market. Key account management of clients, maintaining an after sales relationship with all clients . Developing industry relationships to create future business development opportunities. . Maintaining a strong knowledge of the industry in which you work and any factors that may affect your business . Achieving personal revenue and team targets . Liasie with international departments providing vital information . Presenting and executing business proposals to a high standard . Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand and develop working relationships The Key qualities we are looking for in the Sales Manager include: . Previous B2B media sales and online experience . Understanding of the international market . Second european language (Spainish/French/German) useful but not essential . Proven account management abilities . Proven track record generating strong relationships with new and existing clients on all levels . Work well under-pressure and neet deadlines . Excellent telephone and face-to-face skills . Strong confidence to sell present and negotiate at all levels . Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is essential . Ability to work individually as well as part of a team . A self-motivated individual who is well organised and client focused .
