Our client, an independent global Premium VOD Ad Network, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the company are supplied with enough meetings and prospects for the agency to grow and expand. This area of the company is vital and so your responsibility will be to pay close attention to the investment and growth opportunities for the company. You will assist the Sales Director with strategic plans to agency and advertisers, expanding existing clients and new clients and follow through all campaigns, sales systems and sales report. A background in broadcast and online is crucial. The Key qualities we are looking for in the Sales Manager include: . Previous media sales in Broadcast and Online essential . The ability to deliver deadlines and attention to detail . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal . A hard working individual who is confident in their ability to sell and negotiate . An interest in new business with an understanding of the industry . The Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager include: . Working alongside the New Business Manager to ensure any new business opportunities for the company are being managed effectively . Building relationships with senior decision makers at companies . Achieving 2-3 quality meetings with these decision makers each month . Securing a place on pitch lists to ensure a good chance of success .
