You will be responsible for managing an already successful team and be also to bring motivation, people management and focus skills to the business unit.Leading from the front you inspire others to drive for over achievement and thrive on developing others.

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team in medical devices within the hospital environment. Your skills are to identify talent potential, improve current team members and drive morale to enable your team to remain the dominant market player.You understand how to overcome current price objections within the NHS and know how to implement successful sales strategies
