Our Client, a leading B2B media company is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager to join their prestigious London team. As Senior Sales Manager you will be working across our clients existing and new product portfolio. As Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for spearheading the launch of new strategic initiatives and with a target driven attitude securing new revenues derived from syndicated research studies. You will be enthusiastic and assertive, confidently working on pitches and developing new business and promoting new products to the market. You will have strong communication skills both verbal and written, with a combination of excellent telesales and face to face approach. You will take part in conferences and writing trade press articles as well as using other marketing initiatives. You will provide strong leadership and generate solid rapport with both clients and team members, as well as liasing with partners from other 3rd parties. Securing new revenues derived from syndicated research studies and added value services coming from new and existing clients across the media and advertising industries . Spearheading the launch of new strategic initiatives and securing revenues therefrom . Pitching for new business (greenfield sites, up-selling to existing subscribers, promoting new products to the markets.) . Promoting clients services and capabilities by speaking at high profile conferences, writing trade press articles and using other tactical marketing initiatives . Liaising with partners, from within and from other 3rd parties, to successfully promote joint venture and other partnered services . Providing leadership in the conception, implementation, promotion and profitability of new services Qualities we're looking for in the Senior Sales Manager include: . Previous B2B media sales experience . Previous experience with developing and driving new business . A good knowledge of the market and industry . A demonstrable sales track record within new business generation . Managing a team . Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook . Excellent telephone and client facing skills . Excellent communication skills both verbal and written . A self-motivated individual who is well organised and client focussed . A solid ability to work at all levels .
