Team Administrator/Resourcer - Gloucester
Full or Part time - £12K pro rota per annum + Bonus with 25 days annual leave
Due to expansion we are currently seeking a Team Administrator/Resourcer to cover a number of tasks within the day to day running of a busy local recruitment company.
Requirements of the role:
To make outbound calls to source candidates for roles
Sell roles to candidates and obtain their commitments and requirements
Learn all aspects of recruitment
Provide the highest levels of customer service
Our work is mainly telephone based, so you should have a clear and confident manner and be able to sell the company and yourself above other agencies.
You must also be able to build strong, trusting relationships with candidates. Other responsibilities include pre-screening CVs and organising interviews, research the internet, maintain client and candidate records.
You will also be required to print off & format CV’s for prospective candidates, creation of advertisements in line with the company’s specific style and to generally provide admin support to all members of the team.
