The Remuneration:

• Basic salary of 28K, plus excellent bonus structure and benefits.

• Due to expansion our client is now seeking Recruitment Manager to join their successful recruitment team in the above location.
• Candidates will be responsible for managing a desk specialising in the Engineering marketplace.
• You will have a demonstrable track record gained from a recruitment agency background and be a proficient sales developer.
• Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  You'll need the ability and motivation to develop existing business, attract candidates and match the right people with the right roles.
• Above all you will need the sheer ambition to make a real impact within our dynamic culture.
