The Package:

• Competitive basic salary with an uncapped OTE.
• You will receive an excellent commission, bonus structure, pension scheme; childcare vouchers, share incentive scheme, life and health cover with the opportunity to work towards the REC certificate.
• Holiday entitlement is 21 days, which increases to 25 days with service.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong and tenacious personality and be able to thrive in a sales and recruitment environment.
• The perfect candidate will have a full, clean driving licence and be fully sales focused.
• Working within a fast paced sales environment, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, day-to-day tasks include business development, interviewing candidates and handling vacancies from taking in initial job descriptions to negotiating final offers.
• To succeed you'll need to have a natural sales ability, be hard working, enthusiastic and have drive, initiative and ambition to succeed.
