The Package:

• Basic salary of 16K with OTE 30K - 40K plus pension and career progression are available with this client.

The Role/Brief:

• Our client is a recruitment agency who specialise in substance miss use and social workers to both statutory and non statutory organisations throughout the UK.
• They now seek to strengthen their Preston based team with the addition of a further Recruitment Consultant.
  Joining a three strong team you will enjoy the benefits of a four week training course and on going mentoring and performance related coaching.
• This role will suit a sales focused and compassionate person who has a desire to work alongside some of the countries leading charities.
• The training and coaching will give you every opportunity to earn an on target salary of 30K in you first year, and 40K in your second.
• This company will be expanding again and career progression will also be on offer to the right candidates.
