Area Service Manager
Upto £35k basic, Car allowance, 15% quarterly bonus OTE upto £40/45k

Inline with the Company’s ethos of healthy and sustained weight loss, asa manager in Operations your priority is to ensure a fantastic level ofservice delivery to members within Weight Watchers meetings; reflectedby a consistent track record of member weight loss successes. A keyelement of the Area Service Manager role is guiding and motivating ateam of self employed Leaders, who are focused on supporting ourmembers. You will build and maintain a high calibre group of Leadersina collaborative environment so that ideas and best practices areshared.
You will take a real pride in, and ownership of,yourArea, driving business growth and profitability and taking steps tosecure a continued market leadership position for Weight Watchers.
Youwouldideally currently be, or have been, a Weight Watchers member –you musthave a genuine empathy with, and understanding of, weight loss.However, what is most important to us; is that you have the ability toinspire and motivate people having had extensive experience of managinglarge teams, a “can do” solution focused approach most likely havingworked to targets, and an absolute passion for service quality. Youwill need to be proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment;with extremely strong relationship building skills.
This is afull time position, offering flexible working hours which will includea number of evenings and weekends, and frequent travel withinthe Area.
